Auto Repair in Napa, CA

I arrived at AJ’s at the recommendation from B&G Tires. I needed to get my 1996 3rd Gen 4Runner in for a shifting problem. I was fortunate to learn that the staff were very familiar with my rig. They began with the clutch hydraulic system. Replaced the the needed components. Moving forward once it was determined further troubleshooting was required. They located the issue, keeping me in the loop throughout the required process. I am so pleased with their work and I will be recommending them to friends for auto repair work. Thank you AJ’s for getting my Yoto back on the road.

Can I give 10 stars. First of all, Sabrina was a joy to speak with and managed to squeeze the rapaira into my work schedule. The repair costs were LOWER than the quote, which never happens at mechanics. The team there did a courtesy inspection, and a quality job and got it all done in one day, amazing! Never going anywhere else.

Just finished taking my new car to AJs for the first time. They came highly recommended by local, auto related businesses & the Google review family. I was impressed by their professionalism & approach to auto repair/maintenance. Auto repair shops get a bad rap for recommending unnecessary repair/maintenance services. AJs did not give me that stereotype impression. I didn't receive that hard sell approach from them. Now, as a repeat customer, I appreciate & respect their way of doing business & great service.

Horrible place, dishonest about work needed. I was told scanner port did not work and diagnostic would have to be manual (extra time). We were later told the scanner detected several codes. The lady working the front desk was incredibly rude when asked how that was possible if the scanning port did not work. We payed over $400 just for them to read the codes on the scanner and decided to take our truck elsewhere

Highly recommend this shop!! Colby was very informative on explaining our car's issue and got it running like new. Check engine light is gone and car is smogged. We couldn't be any more happier! Thank you AJ's!

Honestly the best experience I've had with an auto shop. I was having difficulty with my car battery connectors. After calling multiple auto shops who told me the earliest they could do was at least a week out, AJ's told me to bring my car in the same day. Cole was very professional and fixed my lead on the spot. Granted this was a quick job for them but they were willing to squeeze me in when no other shop would. I will be going to AJ's for all of my auto repairs.
