Auto Repair in Napa, CA

My VW needed a labor-intensive, somewhat unusual repair which two other garages in Napa turned down. One of them referred me to AJ's Auto Repair. The guy I talked to at AJ's understood what I was asking to be done [no diagnostic work needed; just change out the failing component], and seemed more interested in doing work than trying to find reasons to decline work. AJ's was able to schedule the job in a reasonable time, carried out the work in a timely manner and to a professional standard, and charged me what they said they were going to charge me. Labor hours were in line with what I expected.

Inspections were thorough and communication every step of the way made the overall experience a lot less intimidating and confusing. I will definitely be returning for future services.

Look no further for your car service needs. This is the best shop in town and has the best team of mechanics. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. They always take the time to listen and can be trusted which is hard to come by. I know my car is always in good hands at AJ's!
